Pairnic has been absolutely amazing during my experience with them. Their customer service without question has been the best I have received from any registrar. They need to work on their account management interface a bit but other than that they are well worth their price.

I’ve been with PairNIC for about 8 years now. I’ve had absolutely no issues with them.
I’ve been very impressed with their adherence to good security standards. The quality of their customer service has been outstanding.
In contrast to other registrars I have used, they seem to actually care about their customers and want to provide the best possible service.

I’ve been using PairNic for a few years and have about 30 names registered with them. I’ve never had any issues with transfers, parking, forwarding etc. I’ve only had to use their email CS once or twice, but they’ve always been real people that know exactly what they’re doing. Unfortunately, they are really expensive, and I’ve started shopping for a cheaper registrar for my batch of less important names.

we have been with pairnic.com for 8 years , called their support just now with a question, women (ether Jennifer or Jen) was very, very, very RUDE , when I finally ask her not to talk to me like I am an idiot she said she is not going to talk to me at all and hanged up the phone on me.
I had to call back and talk to someone else , not that rude.. but defiantly lucking basic customer support skills.
looks like management of pairnic.com doesn’t care what and how support department operate and treat people.think twice before you will become their payed customers ….
