Prices is reasonable. But the major plus is their support are available 24/7, by email, phone and chat. Not only available 24/7, their support are excellent and promptly. But seldom heard about domaindiscover on domainers’ forum, not know why. The drawback is one account can be only associated with on contacts information. So if you buy domain names for many purposes, business, organization, personal, etc, you need multiple account. One info for one account.

I can’t forward catnipcastle.com to the above website. I tried to get help for this problem but the man that called me couldn’t speak English. I recently bought a .com from godaddy and had it up and runner in less than an hour. I am now faced with the expense of moving catnipcastle to godaddy. Domaindiscover SUCKS!! After 14 years of web writing this is the first registrar that has caused me a problem with forwarding. Once again Domaindiscover SUCKS!!

Worst host I have ever used by miles.
You get different answers from different people of what their services supports and what software they are running.
And half of the time they don’t know what they are talking about.
Servers are crazy slow, I mean really really slow.
Constantly get issues with their servers that are not configured properly, locking me out of the database when trying to use PHPmyadmin etc.
The most simple database query can take seconds!!!! Totally unacceptable.
The website management is nothing short of awful! you can’t find anything there, and it’s bloated with ad’s to upsell you.
Even basic stuff that gets included with even the cheapest of hosts you have to pay extra for with domaindiscover.
Conclusion:
STAY AWAY!
