Ridiculous policies!
Have been trying to transfer for a year and I keep getting the run-around. Each time I call they tell me I have to make some change to the account before I can transfer it and then after any change, they put a 60 day hold on the domain.
then after the domain renews, again, another hold. there is no way to speak to a manager and the service agents seem to sympathize but cannot do anything to help me.
Worst host ever!!
