Interface is complicated and support not helpful. You may receive answer, but not always. Their prices is not attractive. If they can make clean interface, good support and attractive prices, Joker is a good registrar.

Overall this one has been stable and I have never had any issues at all. Much better than your GoDaddy’s or the big ones like that.

CANT REGISTER DOMAINS THEIR CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR SUCKS AND DECLINES ALL CREDIT CARDS I HAVE USED WAITING DAYS TO FIND OUT..DECLINE…DECLINE.

They suck with support, and they REFUSE all CC’s for no reason, and like someone said; they do it after DAYS of no REPONSE.
They lost about 10 domains from me; they are PURE RUBBISH…

I’ve found them cheaper than the big players and never had a problem, bought lots of domain from them. Not had a problem. Easy to use, does what is says on the tin. What more do you want?

Great registrar. Easy to use control pannel. Competitive prices. German quality, which never fails. Highly recommended.

They suck… There is no phone support, just by email. My domain expired and there is no way I can renew since they do not accept noone of my credit cards!
And the best part, you’ve got to wait for days to recieve a stupid email from them with the rejection notice.

Joker.com sucks so much.
1) Their website is COMPLETELY broken. It constantly misinterprets which section it’s supposed to take you to and arbitrarily sends you to the wrong page, and their website looks absolutely horrible and unintuitive.
2) They almost NEVER answer e-mails and there’s no way to call them. The few times I’ve gotten through to them via e-mail, I’ve gotten a reply from some outsourced Indian guy who completely misinterpreted my question, and upon replying to that mail I once again got no answer.
3) I once almost lost two critically important domains due to the above two points, so I looked up their company HQs telephone number, and when I called them some german receptionist picked up and was extemely rude and dismissive of my problem:
Me: “Hi. Your website seems to be broken and nobody is answering my support e-mails. Could you please connect me to someone who can help me? Because I’m about to lose two very important domains.”
Her: “Make a support ticket.”
Me: “I’ve sent several mails. Your mailserver keeps bouncing them, and I never get any replies from your web form.”
Her: “Ok, I forward your information.”
Me: “Okay, how will you get back to me?”
Her: “We’ll find you. *click*”
WE’LL FIND YOU?!?!
Ladies and gentlemen, the above pretty much sums it up. NEVER use Joker.com. I’m getting all of my domains over to another registrar instead.
