Absolutely superb customer service.
I have moved all my domains there over the past 3 years and i’ve not experienced any issues….

Not only does this registrar focus mainly on servicing the domainer crowd, but it has customer service and pricing that can be competitive with GoDaddy.
It’s great to see a registrar that doesn’t bombard you with upsells you don’t need when you’re buying domains in bulk. Although their pricing is in the low $8 per domain range, their customer service and domain management features are top notch. One of the top four registrars dedicated to domainers. Highly recommended for new domainers and pro domainers alike.

I did not have good experience with this registrar. Customer support phone numbers are buried deep into the management pages; took me a couple of days to find them. They were not very responsive to ticket opened via email. Domain transfer to another registrar takes a long time as they do not update their system (locks, domain forwarding, etc) immediately - the delay I experienced was large. Bottom line - I got my domains off them…
