We are a Reseller Club member and are generally satisfied with their service. There are a few things we don’t like, such as having to pay the service fees when we put money into our account. Their reseller system doesn’t cost anything, as it shouldn’t, but it can be VERY confusing at times and not for beginners. Customer support tries to be good, but sometimes cultural and communications issues make it harder to get things resolved.
They give you more things to work with than other registrars, but there are still somethings that are missing. If you are used to the way domains can be listed and sorted at Godaddy, Name.com, Namecheap, DirectNIC, and DomainSite, you will quickly see what I mean. You can still get things done, just not as easily.
Overall, it the best reseller program I’ve seen, largely because of cost, but you have to spend quite a bit in purchases to get to a discount level that makes putting up with the quirks worth it. Such as, resellers have to also have a customer account so they can buy domains, and that takes a different login.

our company takes domain from directi now its resellerclub, from past 5 years, as off we seen there support and there applications and there help files to solve our issues on time, are really good, compare other famous registrar, we rank reseller club in high, as we tried other registrars as well, but resellerclub is good in that, and i tell one thing mainly about resellerclub is that, THERE IS NO ANY KIND HIDDEN FEES at all, Thank you, From - Sanindia.Net

We are a web solution provider and had been with Directi/Reseller Club about 2 years for our domain registration, digital certificates and DNS services.
Really wonder how these guys are able to provide these solutions at such an affordable price. They really keep up their motto “better solutions, better profits”
Except few issues at times, that too during their server maintenance and migrations, we have never experienced problems with any of their services.

We got into reseller club about a year back. We feel secured having our domains with them. Also, we are able to register and scale up to any number of domains instantly and with ease.

I am running a web hosting company for more than 4 years. i have taken 1000’s of domains from resellerclub for these years.
Their pricing is good and support is acceptable. Unless they are out for a vacation or holiday trip, you can be sure of instant support.
I hope that they would keep the prices much affordable from frequent hikes.

We are taking domain registration services from Directi. We are happy with the pricing and support we get from them.
We dont take hosting from them, because their hosting packages seems costly compared to market pricing and other hosting companies.

We had been with Directi/Reseller Club for about 5 years, as a domain reseller. We chose Reseller Club because of their competitive price, and still remains competitive until now. Besides, their support and customer service are good, which make us happy to do business with them.

I have partnered with resellerclub since 2006, I am from Egypt, I get this feeling that it’s my company, they are very much dedicated, I really like their management system, Making a dedicated account manager who is almost online around the clock gave me the feeling that I am inside.
They have managed to strike a perfect balance between pricing and quality.
I also appreciate their control panel so much where I can do everything so easily. ResellerClub is a platform where any web services company can start and grow, they have taken care of virtually everything- marketing, Finance and billing automation with there Wizard System Orderbox, I really manage all packages and see what is due to expire and renew and do whatever I like with a full control without having the feeling that I am just a reseller.
I have the feeling that my opinion is so important to them as they always ask me about new suggestions and feedbacks which let me always feel satisfied.

Resellerclub is okay, their management interface is one of the most difficult to use. Their pricing and customer service are okay but nothing special.

I had personal domains with them for about 6 months and thier services went up and down like a yoyo every day. Just read all the forum there and you will see how bad it is.

We’re a domain/hosting company in thailand, have been with reseller club since apr 08. All is perfect, except that the price has been increased twice since i joined. without this small issue, i think the rest is just great.

We enjoy working with ResellerClub and their support is both timely and friendly. We also have a dedicated Account Manager who is very helpful and professional. The control panel is powerful and the knowledgebase is comprehensive.
We hope that ResellerClub will have more country specific domain names available for registration in future.

I joined ResellerClub 3 months back and I can vouch for their services..My Account manager helped me througout the process of setting up my account..so getting started was a breeze..have not yet faced an issue till date so cant speak much about their support..a very commendable registrar..cheers!!

I use Resellerclub to primarily renew and maintain my .in ccTLD. In addition, use enom for my .com, godaddy for non .com gTLD and domainsite for my IDNs.
Resellerclub has good service and great pricing.
Although their Account Management Tool interface is great, some of the pain point are the non availability of Auto Renewals and if you are registering or renewing your own domain still need to go through the Cancel Invoice option.

I have been associated with Reseller Club since 2005 (DirectI then). I have experienced good customer support through out my account with them. Their support is excellent and available almost within an hour or so. My account manager - Punit Rajpal, has helped me out on several occasions (Thanks to him). Most important thing that I felt was that they listen to your requirements and try to implement in their system. They have implemented many features that resolved my issues that I escalated them.
Prices are competitive and portfolio of products is good. Most of GTLDs & new CCTLDs are available and continuously added. All our customers are happy and we do receive a lot of appreciation from our clients. Of course we could deliver good service only with the help of Reseller Club.
Overall Reseller Club has made a good difference to our company’s business.

We are associated with them since last 8 years & we did had issues with them. In the intial stage when they were directi, yes we had couple of major probs. But after it converted into Reseller club, no probs at all till date.
Their Telephonic support is acurate, but still needs lot of improvent in support ticking system.
Overall excellent choice for life long relation.

Their control panel is something from the early 2000’s. It is hard to find anything in there and managing multiple domains at once is impossible.

suspend domains at a slightest feel of wrong, hard to get quick response at support system, skype doesn’t work properly

Reseller Club has provided the great service for us for the last 3 years. Service is good, Support is OK. Price is a concern. Due to price I had 30% of my domains and service in EstDomains. Now it connected to Reseller Club. So I have to stick on with Reseller Club now. I hope they will do the best in the price factor too. Great Reseller Club!!!!

I have been with this company for the past 5 yrs now. I am pleased to say that im mighty happy with their service! They do have issues at times, when it comes to the resolution of Support queries, but then, who doesnt? They have always been hospitable and accomodating as far as instant Support is concerned. They have a unique interface which makes my navaigation and functioning in their Control Panel a piece of cake. Im thankful to my Account Manager for everything and will continue to conuct my online wholesale business through this company

Over the last couple of weeks they have shown that they great team working there, esplly in sales and customer service. Plus webmoney (y). Their cp seems confusing bcuz for some reason they have added some extra features (some unnecessary, some great) which most other providers dont offer, but like anything different, it takes a little getting used to after which it’s relatively easy. Pricing has gone up a little since the last price hike but they are still cheaper than other reseller focused registrars (I would never go for WildWest Domains or OnlineNIC).

I have been a customer of ResellerClub even when it was not named resellerclub. But it is very disappointed to see the lack of support, communication and arrogation of Directi. They started charging me for services which I didn’t applied or requested for. “We can’t refund you.” was the only thing their support was able to utter. Even if the $200 loss was acceptable, they disabled full account of one of my customers with 500 domain names without informing me or the customer. On contacting them, they said that one of the domains in customer’s account was typo of a famous company. Why did they need to block the whole account and keep all of the domain names than? Keep away from this Registrar and be safe.

Hello,
Please dont purchase hosting from them, Iam there reseller, and have purchased hosting from them , it my worst day when i select them as web hosting provider.
1. Control panel totally useless, they even dont have file manager, They use net2ftp service as file manager, You can’t unzip large files, you cant zip large files, very dead slow file manager,
2. Very less features in control panel, if you compare it with Cpanel.
3. As far as support concern, they even dont give you reply in 24 hours. open ticket, call them, chat with them on support no use, you have to bear there 3rd quality web hosting services.
4. Most of there servers are overloaded, they do not have any load balancing policy they just sell hosting without taking care of overloading issues, I have 3 web hosting with them 2 of those hosting get mostly down.
